One suite, one account, one bill

Every system we make runs on the same foundation. Take one product or take six: staff sign in once, records are shared rather than re-typed, and everything arrives on a single monthly invoice.

Start with one, add the rest when you need it

Nothing here requires buying the whole range. Most customers start with the one system that hurts most, and switch on the next when the first has paid for itself. There is no bundle you have to take to get a sensible price.

What holds the suite together

One account for every system

Staff sign in once and reach whatever you have taken, with the same roles and the same audit trail behind them. Somebody leaving is one action, not six.

Records shared, not duplicated

An employee added in Weekly is the same person who rings up a sale in Sprint. Add them once and they exist everywhere they are needed.

One bill

Whatever you run comes on a single monthly invoice, priced per system. No per-seat surprises and no bundle you have to buy into.

Documented APIs on everything

The systems you already own keep working. Where an API does not exist on the other side, we do scheduled file exchange instead.

What is in the suite

Each of these is a product in its own right, with its own page and its own price.

About the system

The suite at work

Which systems a customer usually starts with, by the kind of organisation they are.

Municipalities

Free basic services, cemeteries, assets and procurement are the four registers that tend to still run on paper. Indigent Management is usually first, because the reporting burden is heaviest there.

  • Data hosted in South Africa, on AWS Cape Town, for POPIA
  • Audit trails on every record, and reporting shaped to what treasury asks for
  • Approvals that carry a council resolution where one is required

Why take more than one

Less re-typing

The same person, product or supplier entered once. Most of the errors people blame on software are actually a second keyboard.

Numbers that agree

Sales, hours and stock come from one set of records, so two reports do not disagree about the same week.

One place to call

When something breaks across two systems, it is still one support conversation with the people who built both.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy the whole suite?

No. Every product is sold on its own at its own price. The suite is what you get if you take more than one, not a bundle you are pushed into.

What does it cost?

Each product page carries its own pricing, so you can work out the number before speaking to anyone. SAN ERP is quoted, because what it costs depends on which modules you switch on.

Where is our data held?

Government systems run on AWS in Cape Town, which is what POPIA and the national cloud policy point at. The commercial products run on Heroku. We will tell you exactly where yours sits before you sign.

Will it work with the software we already run?

Usually. Every product has a documented API, and where the system on the other side has none, we do scheduled file exchange in whatever format it accepts. Tell us what you run and we will confirm before you commit.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any time, including on the way out. Exports are part of the product rather than a favour.

Who supports it?

We do, directly. The people answering are the people who wrote the software, which is the main advantage of buying from a company this size.
