User community

For the people using our software every day: training, sessions with the team that built it, and a direct line for the things that are getting in your way.

What the community is, honestly

It is early. There is no forum with thousands of posts and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What there is: training you can book, sessions where you talk to the people who wrote the software, and a route for feature requests that gets read rather than filed.

Training

Sessions for new staff and for administrators, run online and scheduled around you rather than a fixed calendar.

Webinars

Walkthroughs of what changed in a release and what it means for how you work.

Events

In-person sessions where we run through the software with a room rather than a screen.

Most of what is in these products was asked for by somebody using them. If something you do every day takes more clicks than it should, that is worth an email, and it is usually a smaller change than you would think.
